Early labor- guesses on how long?

I’m 35 1/2 weeks. Been having high blood pressure for the past few weeks. Today at the OB they put the monitor on my tummy. The dr came in and was like “did you know you’re having contractions?” 😳 I was like no, I have been crampy, like the same as my period lately. No bleeding, no leaking. She said I had 4 contractions in 20 mins. Checked my cervix and I’m not dialated but I’m 80% effaced. Ultrasound said I still got fluid in with baby.

They said just pay attention to my body and go to the hospital if contractions get intense and close together or if I bleed or my water breaks. So I am not going into work this week. But anyone have an idea on how long I can stay this way? I feel crampy sometimes and super tired but otherwise normal. This is my first baby.
