Anyone else?
I’m a first time mom at 37 weeks and I cannot sleep at night anymore, and I feel so incredibly hungry even after eating.
I’ve tried what feels like everything, upped protein and fats, I’m drinking almost 3L of water a day, and I am trying to nap when I feel tired but man I don’t know if I can do this for 3 more weeks.
Literally any advice is welcome 🥺
