There is some sugar spilled over into your urine. My doctor wasn’t too concerned when I had this and said it’s normal if you had something sugary before the test (I had a milkshake). However, if you didn’t just have something really sugary this could be a sign that your blood glucose levels are a bit higher than your body can process, so you may need some bloodwork to determine that. They may also have you repeat the urinalysis.
