Advice ?

I started working a new job as a security officer. I’m permanently working a swing shift. I’m off Saturday, work Sunday 4pm to 12am, off Monday, work Tuesday & Wednesday night 12am to 8am then I work Thursday and Friday 4pm to 12am. I’m in the process of trying to enroll my 10 month old daughter into daycare. The daycare I do have intentions on enrolling her into opens 8 to 6. The owner is a guy. He gave me a tour around and was very professional and informative. Plus my step mom knows him and the workers there. He did tell me at 9 he turns parents around for coming late because breakfast is at 8:45 and there’s a rule for all daycares that kids cannot miss breakfast. My job is a 20 minute drive from home and the daycare is a 6 minute drive from home. I’m just not so sure on what will be the best thing to do. I really need to enroll her in daycare asap ! For the time being, my mom is helping baby sit while I work but she’s going to start back working pretty soon. I’m just tired of leaving jobs due to not having a consistent baby sitter. There’s also a home daycare that’s literally a few houses down from home but I have no interest in that daycare because it’s home based and the lady wasn’t informative on anything.
