That depends on a lot of factors. Not everyone is a good candidate for VBAC. Depends on scar tissue level, how you healed last time etc. If your trying a vbac 1 year and 3 months from your last csection you wont find a physcian to do it because the risks to you. Now if you waited a year and 3 months and are just now pregnant. Meaning it would be 2 years from your csection date yoy should be fine.

Majority of OBs will require you to have your births spaced a minimum of 18 months apart to attempt a VBAC. Less than that is an increased chance of uterine rupture.

You can attempt a VBAC with that spacing but you may struggle to find a supportive provider. 
The recommended interval is 18 months between births. This gives a chance for your body to recover and restore all the lost vitamins, etc.
There’s no research done into how long women should wait, the reason for this is concerns with uterine rupture if the gap is too short. Most researchers won’t take the risk.
I’d do some research and make a decision afterwards.
