Pregnant chef

Hiiii!

I’m a little over 8 weeks pregnant and I cook in the kitchen at the restaurant I manage. My question is that always lingers my mind. Is my baby in danger should I not be in here with it being hot? Sometimes I can’t do it and have to leave because I get too hot and sick but most days I am good. I’m just scared to miscarry I had a ectopic pregnancy 9 months ago so this baby is my little rainbow. Is there and female pregnant cooks or moms that cooked while pregnant?
