Trying for 2nd child at 41

Hi everyone!

My cycles are fairly regular and I’ve been getting my fertility checked yearly since 35 and my levels are good. I know many women that have used specialists but I would like to try to conceive naturally first. Our doctor said try for 3 months and if nothing happens then we explore alternate routes.

I am wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks that would help us as I know that getting pregnant natural at this age will require planning and commitment.
