Is this a miscarriage or a blood clot
Idk if this is a blood clot or a miscarriage it looked like organs like a liver but idk if its a miscarriage. This is the second time I have gotten the same thing since last month I have been trying to get pregnant , ive kept track too of my ovulation and when im “most” likely fertile but it’s been two months and I keep getting my period instead
