Miscarriage advice

I’m currently going through one, and I’m curious how long bleeding usually lasts? I’ve been bleeding very heavy for about 5 days now. I’m also more gassy and stomach pain is unreal sometimes, is this normal? And I do want to ttc again soon but how soon is it ok to do so? Will I have to take precautions or anything?

Also should I track ovulation? If so what are your favorite ways to do so? And tips on tracking please!
