It’s normal. It’s a Braxton and Hicks contraction. These contractions are just flexing your uterus in preparation for birth not real contractions. It isn’t hurting the baby from what I’ve read. Mine does it every time my husband and I have sex. Your belly will look weird though afterwards for a bit because it outlines the baby.

Not gonna lie...we haven't in probably a month or so. I feel like a whale, nothing is comfortable, and the bump turning rock-hard during/after isn't fun. Poor hubby. :(
