Fiancé acting distant

I am 14 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend has been quiet and distant all night. We both kind of did our own things which is normal and fine but he just isn’t really talking to me.

I’m hormonal and cried about it earlier and he was saying I freaked out as he’s just trying to relax. He just seems crabby which I understand but acting distant. Our sex life hasn’t been great as sex as hurt now that I am pregnant and last night we tried and I just couldn’t relax. Now it will be awhile until he wants to have sex.

Idk maybe I’m overthinking. I try to talk but he just says he’s fine and wants to relax.
