Chemical pregnancy ?

Ok so I’m getting faint positives on 3 different brand of pink dye pregnancy tests… usually every month before I start a full blown period, I would be spotting for 4-7 days. I’m spotting bright red and all that stuff, my expected period is due tomorrow. I’m wondering if anyone ever have gone through the same thing and went on to have healthy pregnancy? Or does it usually end up being chemical pregnancy? I can’t stop crying. I’ve already had 2- 2nd trimester losses.
