How to deal with colic

Help please!!

Its just me with baby all day everyday and no one will help me. He just cries all the time and I dont know what to do at this point. Im suprised my neighbors havnt called me in yet.

What can I do to help the crying??

Pacifier doesn't help always. Swaddle rarely helps. Position changes don't seem to work either. Ive Google and gone through all the lists but they seem to be the same. So im looking for out if the box stuff that has helped your baby
