Pumping at work
I started back to work a couple weeks ago. My son was EBF. I work 7pm-730am. I pump every 2-3 hours, sometimes it's impossible for me to get a break every 2 hours. I never go longer than 3. I'm only getting about 2oz every time I pump which is not enough for his bottles while I'm at work. I only had a total of 7 oz last night. 😔 Any suggestions? He nurses while I'm home and I don't supplement any of his feeds. He's definitely getting enough when nursing.
