I can't really say based off of that message alone but I think recognizing that you guys have been disrespectful to each other and wanting to correct that is a good thing. There's nothing wrong with taking time apart to evaluate the situation and make sure you wanna stay on the same path with the same person or if you want to move on. Sometimes it takes separating to realize how much you really don't want to lose that person and see how much you messed up. Now if this is a break where you guys can sleep with other people then no just leave, nobody is evaluating anything at that point just an excuse to fuck other people.

It sounds like he’s giving up in which case why bother. If you’ve had a miscarriage (sorry For your loss) this is when you need him the most. If he can’t support you in the at time then I’m sorry To say he might be able to hack it if you did have a baby with him. You can’t just pick and leave when it gets hard.
