How to kill milk supply
Hi all!
I had my baby about 4 days ago. At first I wanted to pump and did but not too regularly, all of a sudden I have some much milk coming and I decided I want to stop. My breast are so engorged and painful. How can I kill my milk supply fast? I need tips on what I can take/do. Right now I’m pumping about every 3 hrs for 10 minutes to try to prevent even more engorgement but that’s not helping much.
