I Don’t Know..

Hey guys.

This story is so dumb but I can’t help but feel stupid and a bit offended.

So, my brother’s girlfriend is staying the night. I was cleaning my bedroom yesterday and I found an eyeshadow palette that’s literally been used a handful of times. I thought maybe she’d like to have it seeing as she enjoys make up as much as I do. The palette was laying about in my room for months and I was like, maybe she’d enjoy it more. So I asked her if she’d like it and immediately she was like “I don’t use eyeshadow”. Which is absolutely fine but I feel like she could have phrased it better? She sounded rude or blunt. I don’t know.. I get the impression that she’s a bit superficial. I’m supposed to be going for dinner with her tomorrow and it’s sort of turned me off of it now. She just has a strange demeanour. I don’t really know what to do.
