Multiple chemical pregnancies - progesterone question

Would anyone be willing to share a little about their HCG/progesterone stories? I discovered last week I was having my second chemical. I had an HCG of 18 and progesterone was 1.2.

I just had an awful call with my OBGYN who doesn’t seem to know if the progesterone is a normal level or not because she can’t tell if I would be considered in my first trimester or not (I started bleeding 2 days later). This was my second chemical and her only advice was to “wait to start testing until a week after my missed period so I didn’t realize this was happening.” As though there wasn’t a problem we may need to get down to.

I’m trying to figure out if I just go with what she says and assume I’m fine or push back and asked to be referred to an infertility specialist.
