Not sure what’s going on

I went to the ER a couple days ago at 5 weeks 4 days due to bleeding. The told me I have a subchorionic hemorrhage. The bleeding lasted a few hours and I’ve been spotting brown ever since. I followed up with my obgyn yesterday and on the ultrasound he saw there was still blood and said I may bleed again. He also saw a gestational sac and yolk sac, no fetal pole (5 weeks, 6 days). Last night I woke up with bad cramps and low back pain, went to the bathroom and I also had a few spots of blood. The cramping is on and off but last night it was painful. Both my obgyn and the ER said it could go either way, meaning a chance of miscarriage.

5 weeks 6 days- HCG In the 16,000s

I am unsure about this pain I’m feeling, it seems a little more than regular pregnancy cramps.
