Had a membrane sweep on Wednesday, and was already 5 cm dilated. My waters broke at 4am Friday.

I had a membrane sweep at 39+2 and woke up in labor the next morning at 5 AM￼

Like. If it doesn't start soon, it didn't work. I had one on Tuesday at 41 weeks. Didn't work everything settled down by the evening. But labor started on Sunday on its own. Most likely totally unrelated to the sweep.

Never did for me.. I had one at 39 weeks and again at 40 and i had to get induced 😩

I had a membrane sweep at 37+6 on a Friday then my water broke on that following Sunday
