Scans

I went for a scan yesterday as I had some old blood at what I thought was being 11 weeks pregnant. It was my first scan so nervous and excited.

Found out I’m carrying twins but they’re so small they can’t be 11 weeks. They also couldn’t see a heartbeat. Is this because I could be a lot earlier in my pregnancy than we thought?? My periods weren’t regular before and we were having sex every day, so there’s no way of knowing my actual date of conception.

Now we have a week to wait and see if they grow or if I’ve miscarried and had no symptoms.

I don’t know what to think or how to be. I really don’t feel like I’ve miscarried or I think I would feel different. I’m still getting nausea, tender breasts and heartburn.

Has anyone got any advice? Or been through this? What’s the likelihood I am just earlier than 11 weeks?
