Strange coloured lumps in discharge? 9 weeks

I’m around 9/10 weeks pregnant and seeing my midwife today so I’ll be speaking to her about it but just wondered if anyone here had had similar and what the outcome was. I’ve had light greenish/yellow lumps in discharge for a few weeks but not all the time. Today it was almost a grey/tan colour instead? It’s not blood cause it’s not a of it only the lumpy bits but deffo a different colour. The rest is like normal discharge around it when I wipe - sorry I know it’s tmi but I’m a bit worried and wondered if anyone could tell me if it’s something treatable or if it can be normal. I don’t have any soreness or itching or smell so it’s odd!
