3 year old Covid symptom

My 3 year old has Covid and you’d barely know until today. She’s been positive for 3 days now and she just had a runny nose on day 1 and that’s it. Today she was fine until a few hours ago when I noticed she’s laying around and when she gets up to play she’ll be ok for a little but then she’ll grab her stomach and lay back down. She keeps saying her tummy hurts but she’s like off and on fine so it’s odd. Anyone else’s kid just have a stomach ache with Covid? I know it’s not the most common symptom but it seems to be her only one!
