You should probably just get an appraiser. There are way too many factors that go into pricing your property, I don’t think you’re going to be able to get that from an app.

I’d get an appraiser, the people that sold my house didn’t and it appraised for 30k more then they asked for - which was great for us but bad for them 😂

Hire an appraiser. Ask the bank where your mortgage is at would be your best bet.
Are either of you real estate agents? I am not, but sold my house last summer and for several reasons I wouldn’t want to do it on my own. Our agent did quite a bit for us-comps, paperwork and phrasing, getting it on mls, advertising, getting a great photographer etc. we had talked for almost a year prior and he told us various things to do to make more $$ or things we thought would that actually wouldn’t etc

I’m sorry for what you are going through💔 You can just call an appraiser and they’ll come out and they’ll give you a number pretty quickly (maybe a day or 2).  I think the most we’ve ever paid was $450 and I think they can be cheaper than that even.  Good luck with everything💕

Look at other houses listed in your area with same square footage  beds, baths. That's what realtors base their price off of. Obviously if you have a remodel/ updates and the others don't price a little higher but not too much because the same traffic your house will get the other houses will too

There is Zillow. We put all our info into that and also had a realtor walk through and give us a number. The realtor priced it a bit higher than Zillow did by about $20,000ish I think it was.
