5w4d abdominal ultrasound HELPP

Y’all what do you see? She told me that the sac is so small and what is in the sac is taking up all space, there could be two babies but it’s sooo hard to tell this early. I went to a local ultrasound place, not a doctor. Can I see twin ultrasounds from this gestation to compare?? Are there any techs that can help ? Also, hcg numbers are more than tripling and I am huge already, literally look like 5 months pregnant.
