5 month old Spitting up alot after nursing

Hi everyone! I exclusively breastfeed and today, my 5 month old began spitting up alot right after nursing. She always spits up a bit but today, it was enough that it was all over her clothes, mine, the couch and we had to change so definitely not the usual amount.

It happened after 2 feedings today and I'm just worried she lost all the milk. It looks like it was so much but is it possible she was able to absorb what she needed?

I havent eaten anything outside of my usual diet and she has her usual appetite.
