Lack of syptoms?

I am 5 weeks + 1 day pregnant and have never been pregnant before. So far the symptoms I've had have been pretty mild... breast tenderness, peeing frequently at night, being tired, a few headaches and that's it. What worries me is the symptoms come and go... I'll have symptoms for a few hours and then for a few hours I'll feel like I'm not even pregnant. I took multiple tests when I found out and had very strong positive lines and even dye stealers. Is it normal in early pregnancy for the symptoms to be so unreliable?? I am making an appointment with a midwife but only found out 2 days ago that I am pregnant. Thank you for reading!
