What should I do 😩😩

I am in so much pain I haven’t slept for days it’s getting unbearable , my bottom wisdom tooth is chipped and looks decayed , I can’t get into oral surgeon for another few months bc they are booked. My dentist I usually go to who pulled my top wisdom teeth won’t touch my bottom wisdoms bc they are too close to a nerve. I’m in so much pain I keep taking Tylenol and now it’s not working I’m freaking out the jaw pain is like shooting pains to the side of my head I can’t even see straight I want to go to the er for pain but I have 2 toddlers and no babysitter husband is at work I’m just freaking out 😭😭😭 can my family doctor call me in a script for the pain or do I seriously need to go to the er
