Relationship advice

When you and your partner are at home with each other how do you spend time together? Is it considered hanging out if we’re both on our phones not speaking to each other? Or like watching a show together? It just bothers me we barely speak to each other much. I’m always busy with the baby but like he just sits there on his phone. Not even paying attention to us. Maybe I’m being petty but I don’t consider fb or tiktok videos my entire life story. There’s more to me then being on my phone.
