Am I crazy

My bf canceled plans this weekend with me bc his acne is really bad. I know he’s been struggling with this and I understand how upsetting it is to him. i’ve always been supportive of him wanting to feel his best but I also always tell him that I don’t care about his acne, and that he’s always handsome in my eyes. we were gonna just stay in tonight but he canceled. am I crazy to think he could be cheating??????? I don’t think he is but before I straight up ask him I just want to know if that’s unreasonable or me being psychotic.
