Feeding bottles

Question

So I have this bottle, it’s not an international brand.
 I have the smallest bottle and when my baby is feeding the nipple flattens I don’t know why. I have a middle size and the nipple of that is better and my baby is sucking sooner but soon after it’s over my baby hiccups. I think the second bottle isn’t for his age, he’s only one month. 
Does all bottles nipples flatten or is mine faulty? 
What bottle is good for newborn and affordable price? I’m breastfeeding as well so i’m not using the bottle all the time and want to exclude it in coming months.

If you’re breastfeeding and want to exclude bottles later why not do it now??? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ the more you nurse the more you make. 
What bottle brand is it? And the nipple flow needs to be a slow flow since you are breastfeeding also.

I think what may be happening is baby is maybe sucking the air out of the bottle so the nipple kind of goes inside of it. Maybe try every minute or so taking the bottle and putting it upright for a second to hopefully fill the nipple with air again. But I really like these bottles with the liners the best for my baby.

To answer your question, no not all bottles/nipples do this. I know when mine were taking formula the cheaper bottles always did this, I would take the bottle out of their mouth every so often and that would fix the problem. But I didn't use that for them until they were older. I loved tommee tippee bottles. They never did that.
