I don't see how it would be a nightmare? But I would also just not do it. I don't care for same letter sibling names in general so all of my kids names start with different letters. But I don't really see how it would cause any issues now.

For our family, it wouldn't work. We call our kids by just their first initial a lot 😅 so like we call them J, A and E often enough

I don't think so. My girls have the same 1st initial (not purposefully) and obviously last initial and sometimes when I'm making a chore chart or something I'm like 'what to do' but then I just use their nickname initials 🤣

I know a family where the parents and their two daughters all have the same initials, MM. their daughters names are also the same except for one letter 😅

My brother and I have the same initials -SWS. It’s never been an issue.

My name is Christina and my brother’s name is Christopher. It never really bothered me until the bank made a mistake and took money out of my account when my brother withdrew money. Since our names are so similar they made this mistake. I had to go down there and look at the signature and knew it was my brother! We were young, like early teens, so it was maybe $20, but still annoying. They gave me the money back!
