Toddler clothing help

So my son's birthday is next month and I for sure want to buy him some clothes, but I don't want to spend $20+ on 1 or 2 outfits. Aside from second hand stores, I am stumped as to where I can buy multiple outfits for a reasonable price because we don't want to go too overboard financially for his party so we can afford some toys and clothes

Is there any websites that have more than 2 outfits and cheap shoes for toddlers? Baby clothes are just so dang expensive
