TTC at 18 with pcos

I’m 18 my boyfriend is now 20 we are a year and a half apart I found out I have pcos I’ve known since I was very young that I wanted to be a mom me and him are on the same page about this we own our home I’m a CNA he works a good job and we are financially stable and mentally and physically prepared to grow our family we’ve been try since I was 16 and he was 17 we’ve have 2 miscarriages and now I can’t get pregnant at all I spoke to my doctor and he said he wouldn’t help me unless I was 19 that he’d be stupid to help an 18 year old have a kid so I’m just hoping someone on here can help me without a doctor because now it’s just torture cause everyone else around me is getting pregnant please no negative comments
