Femara&Ovulation?

Question

For anyone that has taken Femara, when did you ovulate? I got a positive opk on CD12 but normally don’t ovulate until later like CD19/20. I’ve read this medication can give false positives due to an increased surge of LH so wondering if it was accurate.

Opks don’t confirm ovulation or dpo you would need to Add bbt to confirm ovulation or get blood work done

I didn’t ovulate until CD 22 but I got pregnant first round!
