ER visit or doctor visit ?

I’ve had a migraine for about a week and it finally went away this morning so not sure if it’s related but today I got so dizzy and I think I fainted and now I have a horrible headache again. When I all of a sudden got dizzy I knew I was going to pass out so I immediately leaned on the desk as to not fall. I was diagnosed with pre diabetes about a year ago and haven’t had a check up since then so idk if that has anything to do with it. Should I just reach out to my doctor or is this something to go to the emergency room for? I told my sister and she’s making it a huge deal and called everyone in my family and now everyone is freaking out and it’s sooo annoying.
