Toddler daily routine

What are y’all’s routines with your toddlers? My daughter is 15 months old and I’ve never really had a daily routine for her except bedtime. Not long after she was born her and I had a bunch of health problems that lead to a ton of doctors appointments. Now that we don’t deal with as many appointments I want to try out having a routine for us. We moved into our house last October and I haven’t really done a bedtime routine since. Now it’s really hard to get her to go to bed most nights.
