Please before I loose my mind

I honestly am struggling and I’m going to explode. My son has done a 360, he was so quiet never cried and took his medicine. Now he’s almost one and he’s so naughty. Screaming me giving him medicine throwing himself about the bed medicine flying everywhere choking screaming spitting it out. I can’t cope with all the dramatics and need to know how I’m supposed to give it to him because it’s not fair on him getting worked up and I’m about to loose my mind. I’m literally having to hold him down and get his mouth open and put it in and even that isn’t working. I’m honestly so stressed out
