Confused if ovulated or not

So I have had heavy egg white discharge since Wednesday which according to glow Was when I picked but 6 days later I’m still getting heavy egg white discharge. Does this mean I’ve not yet ovulated? I’ve getting cramping and back ache today and yesterday. Not sure if that’s ovulation or progesterone? Anyone know what’s happening? We are trying for a baby so tried Wednesday and Thursday.
