Ivf insurance

I got my consultation appointment next week for ivf due to one tube being removed after tubal pregnancy and other tube blocked. My current insurance doesn’t cover infertility. Can I purchase a separate insurance that will cover it? I’m in NC. I’m new to all this so any advice is much appreciated.
