Ultrasound question pic inside!

I went to my first ultrasound today! I didn’t get to see my doctor after because she was rushed to an emergency surgery. The tech said I’m about 6 weeks and 3 days, but I knowwww for a fact when my last period was which would put me at 7 weeks 1 day. Since I didn’t get to talk to my doc, can anyone ease my fears if this is normal?!? We did hear babies heartbeat 😍
