12 dpo low slightly open cervix

So I went to check my cervix to just check positioning and it is low medium soft and slightly opened I’ve taken several pregnancy test and all of it ended up being negative I think I’m out at this point but wanted to get insight from you ladies! so some symptoms that I’ve had are very similar to period sometimes except my constipation I normally am pooping like crazy at this point before my period and I can’t poop at all right now I’ve been having very mild cramping I mean very mild can’t notice unless I’m laying down, also I do get lightheaded around period time and I’m lightheaded right now I never get sore boobs and I don’t have that now my appetite has changed very much normally the week before. I am so hungry and for the last 4 to 5 days I am struggling to eat
