2 weeks postpartum help!! C section scar

Can anyone tell me how my c section looks?? I’ll be two weeks on Tuesday! Those little bumps that are close together have a tiny white spot on it and one of them popped this moring and it’s coming out with yellow. I also have a hard lump above my c section scar. It’s red just on that one side and is tender but taking my ibuprofen helps a lot. I don’t feel sick or anything no fever or anything like that. I see my OB this week just trying to get a sense of what is going on I’ll post a picture of my scar in the comments
