My period chart advice please

I had my period this month. And lasted 6 days.. today im having stabbing pains in my uterus comes and goes. Feels like lower back aching not sure.. usually when this happens i start my period. Can i start again this early??? Or could it be ovulating??? Im irregular but past few months ive been regular and regular period length... the hearts when i have sex. Im have sex again tonight.
