How long before kids?

How long were you and your partner together before having your first kid? How old were you? Was it a planned pregnancy or surprise? Did you decide on a certain amount of time before trying? How did you know/decide you were both ready? How many kids do you have now?

We had been together 9 months when i got pregnant with our 1st. We were 19 & 22. Not ttc but weren't preventing either. Just being reckless. Lol We were living together, had been for the entirety of our relationship actually. Anyway! He proposed when our 1st baby was 1 month old & we got married 2 years later. Been together 13 years & have 4 kids now. 🥰

We were married for about 2 1/2 years when our first was born. Hubby was 25, I was 21. He was planned in a way, we weren’t really trying but we weren’t preventing. Baby #4 is due September 12th.

Me and my husband had been dating since December 2017, when I was 19 yrs old, got pregnant Somewhere around August 2019, got married April 2020, had our baby June 2020. I was 22 when I had Our first son , he was definitely planned. We knew all along Because we couldn’t get off of each other We knew we wanted our baby whenever we felt so in love with each other to the point where we were just one whole person, and we wanted to start our own little family… but we left it in Gods hands as I was then dealing with back problems also so I was taking a lot of pain killers back then(We moved in together after about 2 weeks of talking btw)😅. Safe to say I married the person I am more than in love with, but we are very similar in many ways so it can be hard sometimes. We had our baby in June 2020 and it was a hard transition to say the least with didnt know what we were doing but we did it together just me and him, we had our baby mid pandemic so it was very hard for us we were very lonely, not even my mom came out because covid was so bad…. I feel like that made us stronger we lived things together and cried with each other and went through it all with each other. 7 months pp we were expecting our second baby. We had him in October 2021! He will be 11 months old soon ❤️ I had him when I was 23. I am now 24 😊 we dont know how many more God will bless us with, but we sure so have our hands full right now lol! 2 under 2 is hardcore!

His brother was trying for a second and we wanted the cousins to be close in age. I also have PCOS so we knew it could take a long time and we wanted kids before we were 36 which was coming up in a few years. We have a month old daughter.
