38 week cervical check 1-2 cm dilated only

I know it doesn’t mean anything BUT he said it was hard to tell cause my cervix is still high up there. What does that mean? I will be 39 weeks soon and really don’t want an induction. Had it with my first. He already is offering for me to get induced at 39 weeks if I want and I don’t want to. Starting to worry abt being 41 weeks with no signs of labor lol. I really don’t wanna be induced but baby is measuring bigger then average and that’s stressing me cause even tho they say the weight isn’t always accurate it was like a few ounces off with my first. My first was a smaller baby. Maybe it’s the hormones but I’m stressing.
