Child Donor advice

Advice please.

I was in what I thought was a relationship with a man I really loved. We were friends for a year then we decided to date. We both wanted a baby so we decided to have one. We tried that same day for me to get pregnant. We were only intimate twice. Shortly after I realized he was someone I didn’t want to be with. He was racist, rude, and sexist. He didn’t show his true colors for a year. I broke up with him, but I realized I was pregnant two months later. I didn’t suspect I was pregnant because I was still getting what I thought was periods. Since we broke up he wanted nothing to do with the baby. Said he just wanted to be a donor since I for pregnant and wanted a baby. So I was fine with him getting out of my life. He admitted he didn’t want to be with me, he didn’t want a baby, and he wasn’t even attracted to me. He just wanted sex and he used me for it. He’s in the military. He said he just wanted to travel the world. My baby will be two in November he never even met her. All he does is randomly threaten me saying he’s not giving up rights and if he decides to he will fight for full custody. He did that ever since I was pregnant. I think he is waiting for my baby to be potty trained and able to do things on her own so that he can take me to court. I don’t know his plans, but he keeps saying he isn’t giving up rights to her. We are both in the state of Georgia. He knows where I live and still has never tried to come see my baby. He claims the military sent him to New York which could be true. Should I put him on child support since he won’t give up rights, but he also won’t help me take care of my child. And when I reach out to him to see if he will give up rights he always says no and he hates me, and that he will never go to court or give up rights. Idk what to do. He said if I try to put him on child support he will do everything he can to get full custody, even if he has to lie and say I’m an escort who has a drinking problem. When I don’t drink alcohol at all nor am I an escort. Ladies. Any advice?
