I had Postpartum hemorrhage need advice or information

I am finally home with baby but when I had him I ended up having PPH and it’s really messed with me mentally and I feel like I need some advice or explanation. I wish there was a chart to explain the level of how serious my situation was, I heard so many things said when I was bleeding a lot about possibly going to OR and needed blood (which thankfully I didn’t have to do ether even with my levels still being low going home) I’m just trying to understand what I’m thinking and feeling, I cried today when I was finally home talking to my boyfriend about it (it’s still hard for me to talk about).
