20 weeks and burning breast?

This is my third pregnancy, and I’ve noticed my breasts are starting to make colostrum, and my right breast has had this slight burning sensation all day and I squeeze my nipple and notice it’s my nipple area that has that burning sensation as well. I’ve also noticed pain in the right shoulder blade in my back as well. Is this normal?? I haven’t experienced this with my other pregnancies
