Changing/showering in front of toddlers

Curious on other parents POV - my son is almost 2. I have changed in front of him and taken showers with him since birth. He's starting to get curious about my body (I'm also 7 months pregnant) - when is the "right" time to stop doing this? I really don't care personally, my parents always hid from us when they did this but I'm more open. Is there a benefit or a concern with either decision?
